Who can I contact for delivery and assembly services?

IKEA products are designed to be assembled easily at home, without requiring special tools. It is very easy to assemble the pieces using the assembly guide provided with the product. IKEA products in flat packs can be loaded and transported easily in your car. This means IKEA customers buy the product they like, take it home and start using it on the same day. This is why, at IKEA stores, a delivery fee is not included in the product price. You are only required to pay for such services when you use them. 

If you wish to have the products delivered and/or assembled for you, we can provide you the assembly service by IKEA team at low cost. Delivery services are provided by Borusan Lojistik / LTI.
