For online shopping payments via credit cards, your credit card details (card number, security code, and the expiration date) should be complete and accurate; you must use a Visa or MasterCard credit card or virtual credit card; your card limit must be available; the card must be available for online purchases; and it must be authorized in 3D Secure system. If these requirements are met and if no internet connection problems arise at the time of the payment, the process goes through smoothly. If you continue to have problems, please contact your bank.

For online shopping payments via BKM Express, your user name and password should be complete and accurate; your credit cards or virtual cards must be defined to BKM Express; your card limit must be available; the card must be available for online purchases; and it must be authorized in 3D Secure system. If these requirements are met and if no internet connection problems arise at the time of the payment, the process goes through smoothly. If you continue to have problems, please contact your bank and/or BKM Express.

In order to pay for online purchases at IKEA, credit card information is required in the masterpass payment interface at www.IKEA.com.tr, which is encrypted with 128 Bit SSL certificate. You can complete your shopping safely by entering the password sent to your mobile phone after you enter your card information.

If you choose to pay with BKM Express for online shopping, you will be forwarded to www.bkmexpress.com.tr. You need to log in with the same user name and password which you created for your BKM Express account. You can easily check out by choosing your credit card and payment type on the payment page. Payments with BKM Express are completed with 3D Secure PIN as for all credit cards.

For online shopping Garanti BBVA* and İş Bankası* credit cards provide interest-free 3 installments for your purchases between TRY 300 - TRY 2.500, and interest-free 9 installments for your purchases at or above TRY 2.500.

HSBC**, Akbank**, Ziraat Bankası**, QNB Finansbank**, Paraf** and Yapı Kredi Bankası** credit cards provide interest-free  3 installments for your purchases between TRY 300 and TRY 2.500 and interest-free 6 installments for your purchases at or above TRY 2.500. The options outside these installment campaigns will be processed as single payment.

* - Garanti BBVA individual credit cards, TEB Bonus and Deniz Bonus are included in the campaign. A maximum 6 installments can be made with Garanti Commercial credit cards and Deniz Bonus Business cards included in the campaign. Vadeli Taksit, Filo Flexi, Garanti Corporate, Türkiye Finans Happy Card, ICBC Turkey Bonus, Şeker Bonus, ING Bonus, Alternatifbank Bonus and (TEB, ING, Türkiye Finans, ICBC, Şekerbank, Alternatifbank) commercial credit cards are not included in the campaign.
- For all İş Bankası Maximum featured cards, Maximum Kart, MercedesCard, Maximiles, Maximiles Black, İş'te Üniversiteli, Maximum Genç Kart and corporate credit cards. Transactions including Maximum Fırsat and redeeming MaxiPuan are not included in the campaign.

- Valid for all Axess, Free, Wings, Bank’O Card Axess and Corporate original/joint/virtual card holders.
- For all BankKart, BankKart Genç and BankKart Başak cards issued by Ziraat Bankası.

- The campaign includes Paraf, Paraf Premium, Parafly, Parafree, Paraf Business, Paraf Esnaf, Paraf Kobi, Eczacı Paraf, Eczacı Paraf Kobi, Paraf Üreten Kadın main/virtual/joint cards. Transactions made using ParafPara, cancellation and refund transactions are not included.
- For all Yapı Kredi, Vakıfbank and Anadolu Bank Individual Worldcard’s.

Visa, Mastercard credit cards, Debit cards, Masterpass and virtual cards with full 3D or BKM Express can be used at online purchases. Corporate credit cards are not accepted for online shopping.
